A brief history of Semarang

Semarang, is a growing metropolis with many natural wonders and history that deserves to be explored. The capital of Central Java province, on the northern coast of Java and is the main port along the coast of the North. Many people are amazed to see how the city beautify themselves by maintaining a heterogeneous culture. In this city you will feel a touch of harmonization of Javanese culture alongside Chinese culture, Arabic, Dutch and other interesting sights.

A brief history of Semarang

Semarang history comes from the 9th century, when it was known as Pergota Semarang. The town has a historical site in the form of colonial buildings and colonial monuments that still stand today.
